Doorstep Pickup
Our verified courier partner arrives at your address to collect the safely packed jewellery box with tamper-proof packaging.
Studio Inspection
Our specialist team in Delhi inspects the item to verify that the piece is unworn with security tags, certificates, and pouch intact.
Prompt Refund
Upon verification, your refund is credited within 3 to 5 business days via your original payment method, UPI, or NEFT bank transfer.
Initiate Your Return Online
Access your eligible orders and submit your return or exchange request directly through our interactive portal.
Eligibility Criteria
- 7-Day Calendar Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed doorstep delivery.
- Original Condition: Pieces must be completely unworn, unaltered, free from scratches, perfume, or cosmetic residues.
- Complete Packaging: All items must be returned with the original NUNSOO luxury box, velvet pouch, authenticity card, and intact security tags.
- Hygiene Exclusions: For strict hygiene reasons, earrings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned unless received defective upon delivery.
- Unboxing Video: For transit-damage claims, an uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the tamper-proof flyer is required.

Eligible orders enjoy a 6-day return window from confirmed delivery date for damaged, wrong, or defective pieces.
