CAD Design & 3D Prototyping
Every design begins as a high-resolution 3D CAD model. We calibrate wall thicknesses, prong angles, and weight distribution to ensure earrings never pull on earlobes and ring bands sit flush and comfortably on the finger.
Precious Metal Investment Casting
Using lost-wax vacuum casting, molten 925 sterling silver or solid jeweller's brass is poured into precision ceramic molds. This eliminates microscopic air pockets, resulting in dense, durable metal with a clean, smooth surface.
Hand Stone Setting
Rather than using glued stones that fall out with wear, our master stone-setters individually seat each 5A cubic zirconia and cultured pearl using micro-prongs and bezel collars under stereomicroscopes, securing every gem firmly.
Multi-Layer Anti-Tarnish Plating
Pieces undergo an extensive multi-tank electroplating process: base copper smoothing, followed by thick 18K yellow gold or platinum-family rhodium, completed with an invisible nano-ceramic sealant that shields against sweat and humidity.
