When Can You Cancel?
Our cancellation terms depend on whether your order has left our New Delhi hub.
100% Free Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or anytime before you receive your dispatch SMS without any penalty. A 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
Orders in Transit
Once an order has been handed over to courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery), it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may simply refuse to accept the parcel at your doorstep, or accept delivery and initiate a standard 7-day return.

Quality Check Failure
Every piece is inspected under magnification before dispatch. In the rare event that the final piece in stock fails our quality standards, we will notify you immediately and issue a 100% full refund.
Unserviceable PIN Codes or Address Issues
If your delivery address is incomplete or our courier partners cannot service your PIN code, our team will attempt to contact you for an alternative address before cancelling and refunding the order.
Need to Cancel an Order Right Now?
To cancel an order before dispatch, message our team on WhatsApp with your Order ID. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to your card, UPI, or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
